Currently all of Centred Self Yoga group classes are offered in 9 week terms* with a maximum of only 8 participants in each class to allow space and personalisation to the extent possible within a group setting.
The classes are customised for the group and taught with clear instruction in a relaxed, friendly, supportive and non-competitive environment. You will be encouraged to work within your current capacity and then progress at your own individual pace.

Each class includes relaxation, conscious breathing (pranayama) and meditative practices to leave you feeling calm and centred.
Receive all the benefits of Yoga, while keeping things simplified without complex co-ordination required. Whether you want to take things easy or work more strongly, you will be encouraged to progress at your own pace. Ideal for those who prefer a slower pace with high level of instruction.

These classes are suitable for those who are already experienced in the fundamentals of Yoga postures and breathing, require minimal instruction and understand how to adapt or modify the practice to suit their needs.

These classes cater for those may have arthritic conditions, rehabilitating from illness/injury* or other health considerations that make attending regular group classes difficult.

Classes are customised for the group needs, and aach participant is encouraged to work and progress to their individual level of capability within a supportive and friendly environment.
*In some cases, a Private Yoga Session may be required to discuss/assess your challenge prior to attending group classes – and/or permission from your health care practitioner may be required.
* “Make-up” classes are possible, subject to availability.
