How does it work?
We begin with an initial consultation to gain a comprehensive understanding of:
your general health
what you are hoping to achieve from your practice of Yoga
and to assess where you are at in terms of experience and capability
Then Sharon will be able to tailor a programme to meet your needs and desired outcomes.
Small Group Classes
Private classes are also available for small groups of 2 to 5 people, allowing you to share the experience, and fees, with a partner, friends or colleagues.
Sharon will design and teach the classes to suit your group’s needs and desired focus – for example Beginners, Strength & Flexibility, Stress Management or Back Care etc.
All you need is an area large enough to fit your group – possibilities include your home, office or any other suitable space of your convenience and she will come to you.
Pricing
Pricing for private Yoga classes is dependent on location*, day/time, frequency and length of sessions.
*Locations currently only include Sydney eastern suburbs or CBD and surrounds. One-to-one sessions online via Zoom are also offered if required.
