All of the group classes are designed to improve your overall strength, flexibility and physiological health – incorporating relaxation, conscious breathing (pranayama) and meditative practices to leave you feeling calm and centred.
There is a maximum of 8 participants in each class so bookings are essential.

$150 6 Week Term: (1 Class per week)*
All equipment is provided, however you may choose to bring your own mat.

Cancellations & “Make Up” Classes Policy
You will be issued with a username and password to enable you online access to manage cancelling and potentially booking into another class if you are unable to attend your regular time slot.
Cancelling with a minimum 75 minutes before class beginning will entitle you to a credit to book a make-up class elsewhere in the Current Schedule (subject to availability) - and for another person to potentially use your cancelled spot as a make-up class. If you do not cancel within this requested timeframe you will unfortunately forfeit the class.Please understand with small class sizes, and in order to manage the numbers, this policy needs to be strict in order to be fair and consistent to all students looking for a spot in class.
