Come and join Centred Self Yoga group classes.

Since opening in Kensington in 2016, these classes have now evolved into a committed group of participants who value the results and benefits of weekly practice.

All of the group classes are designed to improve your overall strength, flexibility and physiological health – incorporating relaxation, conscious breathing (pranayama) and meditative practices to leave you feeling calm and centred.

Centred Self Yoga group classes are offered in 10 week terms with a maximum of 8 participants in each class so pre-booking is essential.

6.15pm-7.30pm
$250 for 10 Week Term (1 Class per week)
